I’m Prof. Dr. Nizamul Haque.

As an Oncologist, established Diagnosis and staging of all patients' solid tumours, including lymphoma, with history, physical examination, and investigation, depending on ESMO/ NCCN guidelines. Treatment approached with Curative/ Palliative intent, including Radiotherapy, Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, Hormone therapy, Targeted therapy, etc., or combination therapy and supportive care based on ESMO/ NCCN guidelines.

Practice in radiotherapy, including definitive and Palliative intent with experienced techniques such as 2D, 3DCRT, IMRT, VMAT, and SBRT, with or without concurrent chemotherapy for indicated tumour. Additionally, in the uterine cervix, 2D/3D Brachytherapy is boosted according to ESTRO/ ASTRO guidelines. Systemic/oral Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, hormone therapy, targeted therapy, or a combination, prescribed for definitive, induction, neoadjuvant, adjuvant, and palliative purposes, followed by ESMO/ NCCN guidelines. Oncological emergencies like Superior vena caval obstruction, brain mets, spinal cord compression, Bone mets with severe pain, etc., are managed as per guidelines.

Follow-up of Post-treated patients, cancer survivors, and treated relapse/recurrent & progressive diseases as per the mentioned guidelines.

Phil (Radiotherapy), FCPS (Radiotherapy), is a renowned Professor of Radiotherapy/ Radiation Oncology and well-known cancer/ tumor specialist (clinical oncologist) who, in the light of more than 18 years of experience gained through domestic and foreign training, provides chemotherapy, immunotherapy & targeted therapy, and radiotherapy (3DCRT, IMRT, VMAT, Brachytherapy etc.) treatment according to international guidelines.

Promoted as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor of Radiotherapy/ Radiation Oncology in the Government service by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Appointed as Associate Professor & Head and Professor & Head of the Radiation Oncology Department at National Institute of Cancer Research and Hospital (NICRH), and Director & Professor of NICRH, Dhaka for the leadership of Department, whole Institute & Hospital.
